Good Pizza! Customer service sucks. Placed order over phone and got there and had no record of my order. Act like they don't care !
Again nothing wrong with the product just poor customer satisfaction and experience since they are inconsistant with hours of operation
3 times we've had a delivery and tonight the store manager argued that my address wasn't in his district. Wow! Really. Then he stated they had only one driver. Ok? But why be rude to me. Dominoes it is. Customer lost. Thanks Rich!
Even tried giving them multiple chances but from what I have noticed, they stop taking pickup orders early when a specific manager is on duty
There is so much competition for pizza business in Mt Olive now, you would think they would understand that.
